S‑VIDIA Atom and Prime series DVRs

Warranty

One (1) Year Full Replacement Warranty against manufacturer defects not including Hard Drives and Internal Cooling Fans. Owner of product must ensure that S‑VIDIA warranty policy is followed. An uninterruptable power supply is required to maintain warranty benefits. Should your product prove defective within one (1) year, return it to S‑VIDIA for repair or replacement. S‑VIDIA has the sole responsibility for granting a replacement product. The below RMA Return Policy must be followed in order to request repair or replacement of a defective product.

Return

The returned product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use, wear, or damage. Unused product can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Used product may be returned (subject to approval from S‑VIDIA) within 14 days of purchase price and is subject to 25% restocking fee due to the need for the product to be reconditioned.


S‑VIDIA Pro and Enterprise series DVRs

Return Conditions

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from cctvroom.com
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

RMA Conditions

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to S‑VIDIA.

All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for S‑VIDIA to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at S‑VIDIA’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for that item. All items sold through S‑VIDIA are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

All returns for a refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated in product specific return policy.

Removal or alteration of a product’s serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your S‑VIDIA Return Policy. Products that are returned to S‑VIDIA with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.


RMA Refund

Refunds are only available for eligible items within the specified timeframe.

All returns for a refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated in product specific return policy.


RMA Replacement

Most products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a replacement of the same make and model. In order for your return to be processed, please return all of the materials in the original packaging. Returned product must meet warranty conditions to receive a replacement.

When shipping small packages such as cameras, connectors, lenses, brackets, accessories, etc., please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package or leave a copy of your RMA Form with the RMA Number on it inside the package. Please DO NOT write on the original product box. No Remarks, RMA Numbers, or any Markings.

** All Returns Not within compliance of these conditions are subject to an Immediate Refusal, or up to a 50% restocking fee depending on the condition of the product, original packaging, and missing parts and accessories. **


Limitation of Liability

BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND COMPANY’S SOLE LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUES, OR ANTICIPATORY PROFIT, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, USE, OPERATION, OR INABILITY TO USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM COMPANY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, COMPANY LIMITS THE DURATION OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARARNTY). IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PARTICULAR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PAID BY THE PURCHASER. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO ANY CLAIM PRESENTED, WHETHER THE LEGAL THEORY FORMING THE BASIS OF SUCH CLAIM INVOLVES CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, REGULATION, CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR OTHERWISE.


Governing Law

This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. Buyer agrees that competent courts in Pierce County, Washington shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action with respect to this contract. In the event of any dispute related to this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fee and costs.
